  • Determining if the number used is local.
  • Informing us of new address and telephone numbers.
  • Renewal of Annual Pre-Paid account before the due date. (We will send an email reminder to your xxx@ardennet.com )
  • Note: There will be a reconnection fee, if account is not paid before the due date.

Next... please take a moment to read our Service Agreement All users who request service from ArdenNet are assumed to have read, and accepted the terms.

  • You will be pro-rated if you begin your service anytime after the 1st of the current month.
  • Instructions will be e-mailed to your current e-mail address that you provide (faxed by request).
  • For your convenience we have step-by-step instructions for you to setup up your internet service.
